He looks like his mommy!

Our little man is growing like crazy! He is 20 weeks going on 2 years old:) He is 14lbs & 8 ozs, strawberry blond hair and big blue eyes. He is reaching out for things now. He wants to get his toys himself and gets upset when his hands won't cooperate. I think we have an independent spirit on our hands. Dakota is rolling front to back and visa versa. When he is on his tummy, he pivots himself around in a circle. He will play with toys but prefers to talk and play with Mommy and Daddy. Dakota is quick to tell you that he is unhappy and demands our 100% attention most of the time.

Dakota took his first road trip to Gatlinburg, TN. The 5 hour drive wasn't as bad as the 2 hour, hot, trolley ride into downtown. Amazingly, Dakota did great on the days we were traveling and was a pistol on the days we were hanging around the room. I am happy to say that Dakota will fall asleep anywhere, as long as Mom is there:)'

We get lots of comments on who Dakota looks like. So I thought I would share how much he looks like Mommy. The pictures to the left are of Lisa at 4 1/2 months old.
